Welcome to The Embodied Teacher Transformation, a mentorship program created and facilitated by Erik Constantin (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in or participating in this program, you (“client,” “participant,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Program Overview
The Embodied Teacher Transformation is a mentorship program designed to support Pilates teachers in developing authentic confidence, presence, and embodied teaching skills.
The program includes:
Live group coaching sessions via Zoom
Access to recorded sessions and other educational materials (templates, exercises, and resources)
Optional 1:1 coaching and peer support spaces
All program content is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.

2. Payments & Enrollment
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee of:
€1,795 EUR (single payment)
or
6 monthly payments of €315 EUR (total €1,890 EUR).
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Your spot in the program is confirmed only once the first payment has been successfully completed.
If you choose the payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation level or completion of the program.

3. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join.
That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
If within 14 days you decide the program is not for you, simply email us at contact@erikconstantin.com and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After this 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Access & Duration
You’ll receive access to all live sessions, recordings, and materials for the full duration of the mentorship program and for a reasonable period afterward.
All materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed to others without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or update the program schedule, format, or delivery method if needed (for example, rescheduling a call or updating resources), while maintaining the integrity of the program.

5. Intellectual Property
All content shared within The Embodied Teacher Transformation — including videos, PDFs, templates, exercises, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Erik Constantin and is protected by copyright law.
You may use the materials for your own professional growth and teaching development, but you may not reproduce, share, or sell any part of the content as your own.

6. Conduct & Participation
We strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all participants.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program (with a partial refund if appropriate) for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the community guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability
This mentorship is designed for personal and professional development in the context of Pilates teaching.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or income.
By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and well-being during and after the program.
Erik Constantin is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the program.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us.
We collect only the necessary personal information (such as your name and email address) to deliver the program and communicate with you.
Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
We comply with EU data protection regulations (GDPR).
If you wish to access, update, or delete your data, you can email contact@erikconstantin.com at any time.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
